Loving Some Favorites

My favorite place in the world to be is home. I'm definitely a homebody.

When I'm not home and I think about it, I imagine what it's like there at that particular time of day. What the light is like. What I might be doing. I'm just that way.

These are my special mugs. Yellow fiestaware for sipping tea, or occasionally coffee. My pretty white one from Marshall's, good for year round. The blue is a winter mug. The final yellow one is for spring and summer.
A little something to make a hot beverage more special.

I do love A Few of My Favorite Things Saturdays, hosted by Laurie. Make sure to visit her party and see many wonderful things!

Have a spectacular Fall weekend!

Carol

Oh me too! My favorite place to be is home. I love visiting. Love traveling. LOVE coming home even more!

I even love Home better than Dollar Tree. :-)

Your kitchen is so lovely -- swoon-worthy. I also love your variety of mugs for your coffee and tea; seasonal choices, how neat!

And we have something in common -- each of us has an uncovered outlet on our backsplash! Hahahaha... ah, old houses and renovations.
Have a FAB weekend,
Cass

Hi Carol...

My friend, I know exactly how you feel! I just love my home and I'm really such a "homebody"! It's just my little piece of heaven here on earth...filled with love, peace, and joy!!! Of course, I can see why you enjoy your home...it's simply gorgeous, Carol!!! I loved getting a peek at your pretty kitchen. Love those pretty black and white checkerboard floors! I giggled when I seen your cups...I have my favorites as well! I bet I have nearly one hundred coffee and teacups...but I have two mugs that I use every day! Hehe! We really are creatures of habit...aren't we? Thank you for sharing your favorites with us today...and your beautiful home!

I also wanted to thank you for coming by and taking a peek at my Autumn Enchantment table and mantel! Carol, your sweet...sweet note...just made my day!!! You are such a sweetheart! Thank you, my friend!!!

Warmest autumn wishes,

Carol, I love your black and white kitchen and those pretty pendant lights over the island! Your mug colors look so pretty all lined up on the countertop. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I might be persuaded to drink some coffee out of that yellow or that blue cup! Thank you so much for linking your pretty kitchen and your thoughts of home to Favorite Things Sat. laurie

I also am a homebody, and the older I get the more so I am. I have a favorite mug I drink coffee from every morning.
Enjoy your weekend.

Great post. I too am a homebody. I work outside the home and am always shocked to hear the young women I work with saying how bored they are when at home. I never have one boring moment and only wish I could spend more time there. Loving your sturdy, welcoming mugs. I love a dainty cup too but prefer a wonderful mug :)

Blessings!
Gail

I am swooning over your kitchen....it is divine! I have a couple of gold mugs (from Dollar Tree, of all places!) with autumn leaves on them....they are my year-round favorites for a cuppa coffee. Nothing wrong with being a homebody, girl....there are many of us!

Hope you are having a wonderful weekend!
