Oh, Christmas Trees!

Here is our "main" Christmas tree. It's in the family room, and where we put the presents.

I like this tree as well, and in some ways, maybe even more. It's in the foyer, in the original part of our home, looking into the kitchen. Note large gray cat looking directly at you from the kitchen. Didn't know he was there when I took the picture. I am always being watched.

Perhaps this is pushing it a little. I bought this ceramic tree when Chickie was just a little girl. I don't have it on its lit stand this year. Just on the kitchen bookcase. Mister isn't super fond of these trees, so it's a little bit of a compromise.

I hope all of you are having a wonderful week. Busy, but not too busy, time to reflect and be grateful, time to spend with family and friends.

Make sure to visit Cielo today for Show off Your Cottage Monday! It's all about Christmas trees.

Carol

Lovely trees and I love how cats are always just THERE, lol! I also really your ceramic tree. My Mom made one many years ago. She hasn't put it up since she retired...says the new house doesn't have a place for it...I may have to ask her for that beauty...very vintage :)

Blessings!

Lovely trees all...a foyer tree is so nice. I certainly enjoyed the foyer tree at church this evening. It was very welcoming and I'm sure that your tree serves that purpose, too. What a beautifully shaped main tree. It really is elegant and lovely. I like the ceramic trees like that because my mother always had one and my grandmother did as well, which means just one thing. Somewhere I have inherited a little ceramic Christmas tree...wonder where it is. Thank you for the sweet wishes and I return them to you. May you have a wonderful, relaxing week leading up to Christmas.

You trees are great Carol! Love the kitchen floor! And I have a 24 inch ceramic tree like that small one - it was a gift from my MIl over 20yrs ago. She made one for each of the 5 kids.

Merry Christmas!

Love all of your trees! Especially the little ceramic one... I am now up to six of them! My original one that I purchased "new" looks very similar to yours. I'm not sure I could compromise when it comes to my ceramic trees! :)

Lovely!!!

Oh and a Winter pic, for your Header. :-)

But do you know, that your pic of your home, in your Header, is always way too big? Has anyone ever told you this? Can't see the whole thing, without scrolling from left to right...

'Tis Yule Eve, and I wish you joy...

Gentle Yule hugs...

Carol! What wonderful trees! Love them each and every one and remember those ceramic trees from when I was young. That makes me sound like an old fogie, doesn't it??? :-)

Here's wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas!

Love,

Sheila :-)

Merry Christmas Carol. How beautiful your home is decorated for Christmas. We always tease my older brother because each Christmas as we struggle with decorating multiple trees, he lifts his ceramic light-up tree out of the pantry and he is done!!! Wishing you a joyous season and health and happiness in the new year.
