I had time!
And it was my favorite kind of time.
Time at home.
Sure, I got some things done, but I also sat on a porch, drank iced tea, read a book.
It was all good.

Good for you! We had chairs just like that and I have rocked many miles in that chair! I love to read and I love iced tea too. Our heat is too extreme to be able to sit out - near 100 each afternoon.
That last picture is my very favorite.
I love found time. There's just something wonderful about being able to sit and drink in some unexpected moments.

The gift of time is very sweet especially spent on the porch with iced tea and a good book. Delightful pictures of that wonderful time.
Ooh heaven... Definitely my favorite kind of time too! Add a book and a GOOD cup of coffee and I'm good for the rest of the day. One can dream can't one?

I will miss my time in the great outdoors on a beautiful day. I have three working days next week and then the summer holiday begins (I work at the school my children attend and they finished up this past week). We normally head to the States during the summer but decided not to this year. It's above 120 here most days and today there's a dust storm. Thank goodness for a/c and indoor activities.
