Yes, I see the little feller with another one of his bad ideas. Most of his ideas are that...bad! He is so pleased with the new feature. And don't worry...we keep special watch for safety issues!

Your beautiful lights and staircase reminds me of Christmases past. In fact the story I wrote about the decorated staircase and the kids standing on their own steps singing Away in a Manger is coming out next month in Sasee Magazine. My cat is gone now, but oh did he have fun with all the decorations.

I'm a big fan of the twinkles too! It makes everything look like a fantasy land.
I love seeing the lights on trees in homes. In fact, one of my neighbors already have their entire home decorated outside for Christmas. I am still shopping.
Lol -- total difference in cats and dogs. I put my Christmas decor up on Saturday and I dare say I don't believe the dog has even noticed -- not even the big tree, lol.

Everything looks so warm and inviting. We put our tree in our foyer too. So far it's jut the lights but I love the way it welcomes you.

That's a lovely shot of your twinkle lights! I like to have them in the living room and turn all of the other lights off. So cozy! I don't think I'm going to be doing too much decorating this year, with our new kitten, who loves to play with everything!

Love the staircase decor. Luckily our cat(s) don't pay any attention to Christmas stuff. LOL we have 6..
someone threw 9 kittens 3 hairless with unopen eyes who sadly never had a chance the others were a week and less old.....our dog took over and taught them everything they know..thank goodness. I have never had a cat in my life only dogs, so, happily these guys think they are pups...I just wish the cats had taught him how to use a litter box, it would've come in handy on rainy or snow days
