1. I've got to include the sunny sunporch. It is one of my favorite rooms in the house. It is truly vintage, complete with large original windows, beadboard ceiling and walls. We enjoy many a dinner out here, Mister and I. It's also a great place to breakfast in warmer weather.
2. You know we have cats. Four of them, in fact. I would be remiss to forego a nod to them. My favorite, cutest, sweetest is Sunny. Or as we call him more often, Hunny. He is darling, and we are besotted with him. It's hopeless.
3. Our old garage has a door on each side. This wood is like iron. It is hard and indestructable, over 100 years old. It makes for a lovely vignette.
4. The whole blog centers around Home. So I have to put in a shot of it in there, too.
Do you notice that everything in the pictures is pretty much yellow, my favorite color?
No coincidence there!
Go, yes, please Go Now and visit Vee, and join in this delightful party!
And have a wonderful Spring Day!
Carol

I love the Marmalade cat...flat out. So even though they are all rather grand, the feline takes the prize!

Beautiful choices, Carol. You know I love cats too! I also love the old door with the trees' shadows on it. Of course, we would all love to live in a unique house like yours and I can't think of a more enjoyable place to dine than your sunny porch. Wishing you a lovely day!
Carol, love all of them, but I'm going to sit down on the sun porch and join you for supper! =D I won't mind a bit if your little friend winds about my ankles either. I didn't know that you had such a lovely door...it really does lend itself to a great photo. Thanks for participating!
Carol you have captured the essence of beauty in your home, each would be perfect for a note card. Thank you for sharing.

All of your photos are note card worthy. Yes, I love Sunny (Hunny) too. Cats are also treasures. :D
I love taking photos of my lanai with the sun shining in...it's so inviting! Love all of your photos, a nice set for cards! ♥
Hi Carol, thanks for stopping by my blog. Lol, not only are we both crazy cat ladies but yellow is my favourite colour too (with a nod at duck-egg blue, lavender and turquoise).
Your kitty is just gorgeous and your pictures lovely.
I honestly think this was one of the best parties I've attended in blog land. I have seen so many beautiful pictures!
I love your Sunny the Hunny, and would pick that as my favorite if I weren't completely infatuated with the door one. The shadows on that are just beautiful to me.
This was fun!
Hi Carol...Perfect choices for notecards! Love Sunny Hunny. Darling.

What an interesting concept to think what photos would make cute notecards. I personally would choose a pic of your cat! Your cat looks like one of ours -- he or she is gorgeous! Joni
