Stoudtburg Village

A few weeks ago, Mister and I headed toward Lancaster, PA.  One of the places we stopped was
 Stoudtburg Village.

That's what it is.  A new, little village.  People live there.  Many have a shop on street level, and live over it.

My favorite part was the gardens.  Little courtyard gardens.

I snapped pictures like crazy as we walked along.  This home was truly purple.

Lots of inspiration offered here!

A couple of street views.....

More blooms.......

There was also a large Amish market with lots of fresh produce and a bakery, and antiques/consignment.

All in all, a delightful destination!

Hope you had a great weekend....
Carol
