Community Garden

The Community Garden Plot is thriving.  I've harvested peas and purslane and garlic scapes.
Expecting beans next week.

It is such a delight, even if lots of work (read exercise) to see the crops thriving.

I dug up some flagstones and laid a path at the entrance.

How's your garden?

Your garden looks great Carol! I really didn't have one this year, I planted a couple things but nothing looks really happy. Enjoy your beans:@)

It's jumped up a lot with all the rain and warmth, but it doesn't look that good! Great job! I placed one stone today and that did me in. Those things were heavy. Your path looks great. Are you building a rock wall?

My garden is flower full this year. I didn't plant veggies in my raised beds this time. I put flowers. My herb garden is doing well, though.

I like your flagstone walk, and now I'm going to google "purslane"

Hi Carol...Your garden looks great.

We can't have one cuz, unfortunately, we have only shade. Sun-loving plants of all kinds would perish. Sad but true.

Thanks for your visits! Susan

Wow! I didn't plant anything this year. Usually I have tomato plants. Love the walkway and the fence!

No veggie garden for us - road side stands are in abundance and I can't add another thing to my to-do list.

I had to look up purslane - interesting. So glad that you are having fun!
